SSE Arena Belfast

As Northern Ireland's biggest arena, this stadium is one of the most iconic venues in Belfast. Formerly known as the Odyssey Arena, the event space was renamed in 2015 along with a �3 million revamp. Since its opening in 2000 the venue has hosted eight million visitors, who have seen the biggest stars in sport, music, comedy, dance and even politics grace the stage. Home of the Belfast Giants ice hockey team, this is a wonderful entertainment venue.

A plethora of acts have performed at this Belfast stadium, including world class music acts like Slipknot, One Direction and Simply Red. As well as music, the venue hosts everything from WWE Wrestling to thrilling ice hockey matches. Upcoming events include live performances from chart topping legends U2, funny-man Michael McIntyre and master of magic Dynamo. Fans of ice hockey will know that the stadium is home to the Belfast Giants, who will be battling it out this season against bitter rivals the Cardiff Giants and the Braehead Clan.

Venue Information

Located in Belfast's Titanic Quarter, the venue is easily accessible on foot from the city centre. There are also a range of other transport options to the venue including Translink Metro buses 26, 26a and 26b. There is a 1,500 capacity car park, however this has a first-come-first-serve policy and can fill up very quickly at peak times.
