An event that grew out of love of music

Inspired by the British Last Night of the Proms, it was conceived by two Flemish students, who decided to give it their own take by fusing contemporary music and pop music with a classical music programme to produce something completely unique. Since its first concert at the Antwerp Sportpaleis in 1985, the event has grown and become a commercial and critical success. As its popularity grew, so did the diversity of its musical programme, and it can be seen in several different cities and locations across Europe and beyond throughout the year.
