Orange Goblin Biography - Hard Core Heroes of London's Live Circuit

After forming as Our Haunted Kingdom in the mid-'90s, the four-piece began building their reputation on the London live circuit thanks to regular appearances at metal venues in and around Soho. A debut album, Frequencies From Planet Ten, arrived in 1997, while a track from their 2002 LP Coup De Grace featured on a Tony Hawk video game. Although rarely bothering the charts, the Londoners have nonetheless climbed the live scene ladder, becoming favourites at festivals such as Bloodstock and touring with the likes of Queens Of The Stone Age and Alice Cooper. Heralded by Classic Rock magazine as 'one of the greatest live bands the UK has produced in recent decades', they continue to impress audiences with their booze-soaked brand of stoner-metal.
