Nil Moliner – from singer to composer

Spanish Catalan singer Nil Moliner started his musical career in 2005 as the frontman and guitarist of CyBee, a band playing Catalan pop rock music. By 2008, he had started to cover other artists’ songs, playing gigs in various clubs and bars throughout Spain and posting recordings of his covers on YouTube. This increased his popularity and got him to collaborate with artists such as Catalan group La Pegatina and Spanish singer Rosana. He began composing and started his own recording studio, and released his first single, ‘Sale Del Sol’, in 2013. Several singles and EPs followed, one of the most notable being ‘Hijos de la Tierra’, an EP which is composed of 4 songs written by Nil Moliner himself.
