Oh wowser, it’s Hauser!

Classical music performer Stjepan Hauser was born in 1986, into a musical family. His percussion playing mother encouraged the young Croatian to create sounds using their household items. After hearing the cello for the first time, Stjepan became obsessed with making an instrument for himself to recreate that magical string sound. Watching the artist with his beloved cello is a special experience for the eyes, as well as the ears. The often barefoot cellist wraps himself around the instrument almost as one would embrace a lover, and tenderly plays her strings to the delight of his bewitched audiences. Hauser rose to fame as part of the 2Cellos performing duo who burst into the music scene in 2011, disrupting the genre with their modern performances of classical music. Partnered with Slovakian Luka Sulic, the pair released and toured their many successful albums to worldwide acclaim. Following the release of his debut solo album, simply entitled ‘Classic", Stjepan realised there was an appreciative live audience for his unique renditions and so took to touring as a solo act. Due in part to his stunningly good looks, performer Stjepan Hauser has become something of an internet sensation, making pulses race throughout the globe.
