Live Music at Ricoh Arena - A History-Making Venue

The venue opened in 2005 for a Coventry City v. Queen Park Rangers game before being opened officially by Dame Kelly Holmes over a year later. The arena is unique in its numerous partnerships - including those with Coventry City Council and the Alan Edward Higgs Charity. It made history by being the first cashless stadium in the UK, allowing customers to use a prepay scheme around the Arena Park shopping centre, casino, exhibition halls and concert venue.

The arena has already won awards for its versatility and state-of-the-art design and was named as a venue for the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2015 Rugby World Cup.
