Known for their ferocious live shows and cool collaborations, award-winning drum 'n' bass duo Chase and Status bring the rave like no one else. The pair teased fans with many of the new tracks from Tribe during their triumphant headline performance at Lovebox Festival and have announced that they'll be performing a one-off gig at Doncaster Racecourse in June 2018.

Chase and Status: UK drum 'n' bass legends

The history of this terrific twosome can be traced back to the University of Manchester over a decade ago, when then-students Milton (Chase) and Kennard (Status) first cut their teeth behind the decks. Gaining momentum during the second half of the '00s, they released debut album More Than Alot in 2008 before dominating the dance charts with a string of hit songs.

Collaborating with Plan B on single "Pieces" and a follow-up titled "End Credits", they crashed the top 10 on their way to spearheading a new dance movement in the UK. Second studio album No More Idols debuted at number two (achieving Gold certification during its first week of sales) while album number three – Brand New Machine – was home to a darker, more considered sound. 

Hailed by US mogul Pharrell Williams as the "most exciting producers in the UK today", this platinum-selling duo's brilliance is perhaps best expressed through their collaborations. In the past the pair have worked with everyone from Rihanna to Tinie Tempah, and count Snoop Dogg and Jay-Z among their army of fans.
