Latitude Festival: top class talent ready to descend on Suffolk again this summer
Beyonce's younger sister Solange - the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter of critically acclaimed album A Seat at the Table - headlines her first ever festival on Friday night. Resurgent pop-rockers The Killers top the bill on Saturday night, before Alt J take to the main stage on Sunday. Scottish veterans Mogwai, Spanish indie band Hinds, multi-talented Benjamin Clementine, Sleeper, Black Honey and Gang of Youths will also play. The festival will also welcome comedians Bridget Christie, Harry Hill, David O’Doherty, James Acaster, Jonathan Pie and Tim Key, as well as a speaking appearance by journalist Stacey Dooley.
Alt J, who performed on the Lake Stage in 2012 as an up-and-coming act before returning to headline the BBC Music Stage in 2013 and top the bill in 2015, said: "We are over the moon to be returning to Latitude for a fourth time.
"It’s a festival that's nurtured us beyond any other, taking us from the Lake Stage to the 6music Stage and then to headlining in 2015. To do so again is a huge privilege. See you in Suffolk!"
