Justin Timberlake's 2018: new album, Super Bowl and world tour

2018 has been quite a year for Justin Timberlake. He released Man of the Woods was released on 2 February (just two days before he headlined the Super Bowl LII halftime show) in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he performed a medley of his songs and featured a duet of "I Would Die 4 U" with a video projection of late singer Prince on screen.

It was Timberlake's third appearance at the Super Bowl – earning him the honour of having the most appearances by an individual entertainer. He performed as a member of boy band NSYNC at Super Bowl XXXV (2001) and as a solo performer with Janet Jackson at Super Bowl XXXVIII (2004) where he infamously exposed the breast of his co-star, which was later described as a 'wardrobe malfunction'.
