Crystal Fighters Biography - New Album Coming Soon From the Masters of Innovation

Named after an unfinished opera penned by Laure Stockley's grandfather before his death, this innovative group began their journey by bringing the manuscript to life with musical influence from the Basque region. News of their unique sound began to spread and by 2009 they had released two singles with Kitsune, including 'I Love London'. A year later, Sebastian Pringle, Gilbert Vierich, Graham Dickson, Mimi Borelli and Stockley dropped first album Star of Love, which triumphantly evoked the carnival atmosphere of their shows.

Sophomore effort Cave Rave followed in 2013 and, inspired by their time in the Basque country, featured an array of more exotic instruments and drew from traditional Latin sounds. The band described the new material as a 'meeting of old and new, human and robotic' - and they made sure to retain the dance beats that made their name. 2016 sees them return with new material and their biggest tour dates so far.
