Transformed from an ornate chapel into a world-class music venue, this music hall is easily one of the most unique and atmospheric music and event spaces in Manchester. The venue began life as a beautiful old Wesleyan chapel before falling into disuse and being resurrected by the folks behind other acclaimed Manchester music venues the Deaf Institute and Gorilla. The huge high ceilings add to the phenomenal acoustics, while the seating space above the stage gives an incredible view of the performance. This venue hosts some of the biggest names in live entertainment, making it the place to be if you love live music.

In the last two years the venue has seen the world's top performers grace the stage, with past acts including the likes of Franz Ferdinand and Ella Henderson. Besides music, the venue is even open for private hire and has commissioned performances of theatrical works. In 2016 you can look forward to killer performances from rising indie stars The Maccabees, Britpop band Suede and the Kerrang! Tour, starring pop punk rockers Sum 41.

The music venue is ideally located in the heart of Manchester, surrounded by bars and restaurants. It's easy to get to using public transport, with the nearest Metrolink stations being Manchester Central or St. Peter's Square. Those travelling via train can disembark at Deansgate train station, which is under 500 metres away. If you are hoping to drive directly to the venue, there is are 1,200 car parking spaces at the Great Northern leisure complex opposite the music hall.
