Ronan Keating - Touring the UK In 2016 With Time of My Life
As well as planning another Boyzone reunion to celebrate the group's 25th anniversary, this Irish singer has unveiled his 10th studio album Time of My Life in 2016. Adopting a more acoustic sound, the record sees the 'Life is a Rollercoaster' star at his very best, with singles 'Let Me Love You' and 'Breathe' proving his continuing influence on music - having sold an incredible 45 million records throughout his hugely successful career to date. Biography Ronan Keating - One of Ireland's Greatest Pop Stars
After responding to an advert calling for members to form a new boyband, this Dublin born wannabe musician found instant fame on being chosen as the group's lead vocalist. Alongside Keith Duffy, Michael Graham, Shane Lynch and the late Stephen Gately, Boyzone went on to become one of the most successful bands in the UK, releasing four chart topping albums and 16 top ten singles, including 'No Matter What' and 'When the Going Gets Tough', before going on official hiatus in 2001.
Launching a solo career, the singer's first lone effort was a cover of Keith Whitley's 'When You Say Nothing At All', and went straight into the charts at number one after featuring in popular rom-com Notting Hill. He would go on to have three number one albums in his self-titled debut, Destination and Songs For My Mother in 2006, before reuniting with his former bandmates for a special performance at the 2007 BBC fundraiser Children in Need. Tragically Gately passed away in 2009, prompting the remaining members to release a special album entitled Brother, in tribute to their friend and colleague. Over the next few years, the star not only toured with his old bandmates again, but released two further solo albums - the number three hit When Ronan Met Burt and Fires in 2012. Continuing his residency as a judge on the Australian version of TV talent show The X Factor, he has found the time to make a new record, much to the delight of his fans. He will head out on a UK tour at the end of 2016 to play all the hits from Time of My Life, so take a look at dates now and get your Ronan Keating tickets on StubHub.
