Lacuna Coil Biography - A Growing Sensation

The buzz about Lacuna Coil started with the release of their first EP and gathered momentum after a tour of Europe with Moonspell. The band's first full length album, In a Reverie, was released in 1999. This was followed in 2001 by Unleashed Memories. Hype surrounding the group swelled further with the well-received third Lacuna Coil album, Comalies, in 2002. The band's fanbase and the Lacuna Coil discography continued to grow with the albums Karmacode, featuring a cover of the Depeche Mode hit 'Enjoy the Silence', Shallow Life and Dark Adrenaline.

As well as honing their trade in the studio, Lacuna Coil have also sharpened their skills through an extensive programme of touring, including appearances at various festivals. As good as their records may be, the stunning visuals, mesmerising charisma of the band members and rocking instrumentals mean the Lacuna Coil live experience is in an exceptionally different league.
